 I believe that we still have saints, though very few, in the world, but do not expect to have any holy organization. Individuals have the virtues of honesty, mercy, courage, and honor, while institutions sacrifice virtuous individuals to their survival by three impressive financial statements - balance sheet, income report, and cash flow. If we could tell the difference between individual and organization, we would not feel dissonance in our mind.

 However very very few intellectual individuals, though whom many mediocre would like to follow, have successfully exploited virtuous individuals' ignorance and sacrificed organizations to their own prosperity and wealth.
